We are an independent family owned business who specialise in small quantity, exclusive individual developments. We have experience in brand new constructions, both domestic and commercial, as well as renovations and refurbishments of existing properties.
For each of our projects we use talented architects to cleverly design homes for today’s modern family requirements, utilising the best of space and light. We often incorporate individual and innovative features into our homes, such as laundry chutes and integrated vacuum systems.
Our standards are high and our homes are built to the latest building regulations as a minimum. We only use qualified, experienced, skilled tradesmen and craftsmen. We don’t build boxes with cardboard walls!
Our homes are environmentally sympathetic wherever possible using energy efficient sources and features, such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting and MVHR units to keep running costs low.
We use good quality fixtures and fittings as standard.
Our new homes come with an insurance backed 10 year structural warranty for peace of mind.
