This project was a total remodeling and refurbishment of an existing home. The property was transformed from a dated 3 bedroomed house into a desirable contemporary 4 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed home.
The single storey garage was rebuilt with extra bedrooms above and a further extension was added to the rear of the property creating a fabulous open plan lounge/kitchen/dining space with two sets of bifold doors opening out onto the decking and lawn.
The whole of the interior was stripped back to bare walls, re-wired, re-plumbed and re-plastered. Doorways were blocked up and new ones created to enhance the flow of the interior layout.
